The Role: Senior Debt Advisor

We are looking for a Senior Debt Advisor to join our team in DIFC, delivering bespoke debt structuring to affluent and high-net-worth clients within the DFSA regulatory framework.

You will source prospects and develop them into long-term client relationships, taking transactions from first conversation through to completion. You will also refer clients into the wider GSB network, so their full financial picture is looked after, and conduct regular reviews to the highest standards of compliance and ethics.

You will work closely with colleagues across the group, including investment, financial planning and compliance, to deliver a joined-up service and an excellent client experience.

The role offers a base salary of AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month depending on experience, plus commission on completed transactions and GSB benefits. It will suit someone who is hungry to succeed and wants to see the rewards of their work in the near term.

Qualifications

• Dubai resident with 3+ years of debt advisory or mortgage experience in the Dubai market.
• In-depth knowledge of the Dubai lending landscape, including lenders, products and processes.
• CeMAP qualified.
• Experience dealing with complex credit or Private Bank ($1m+) lending transactions is preferred, but not essential.
• Experience of working under DFSA or FCA regulation is preferred.
• A proven ability to source, build and manage a client portfolio.
• Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong IT literacy, including Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems is an asset.
