Role Description

We are looking for a Relationship Manager Assistant who will also function as the Office Manager. The role is based in Geneva, supporting the Managing Partner in delivering exceptional service to ultra-high-net-worth clients. Responsibilities include preparing client documentation, assisting with account opening and maintenance, and coordinating investment instructions and transactions in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves direct client interaction and dealing with complex account structures and bespoke client needs. The Relationship Manager Assistant collaborates closely with internal teams such as operations, compliance, and investment specialists to ensure smooth execution of client requests and an excellent client experience.

We look for three qualities above all: drive, intelligence and integrity. GSB offers genuine flexibility over working hours, with home working by arrangement, and the role will suit someone entirely dependable who enjoys working independently and as part of a strong, virtual, multinational team.

  • Solid knowledge of Finance, Wealth Management, and Investments to support client requests and understand wealth management solutions.
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills to manage documentation, data entry, and multiple concurrent tasks accurately.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency with banking and office software tools; familiarity with CRM or portfolio management systems is an asset.
  • Relevant educational background in finance, economics, business, or a related field; prior experience in private banking, wealth management, MFO or financial services is required.
