The incumbent is required to provide high-level administrative support for the Group CEO and COO to ensure they can efficiently accomplish key tasks and company initiatives. This will initially be a maternity leave cover mainly supporting the CEO, and then the role will be more focussed on working with our COO.


Responsibilities

  • Full diary management for the Group CEO, including prioritising and organising meetings in different time zones, sending reminders and organising catering when necessary
  • Organisation, agenda circulation and minuting of GSB Board meetings for all GSB entities
  • Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on behalf of the Group CEO
  • Liaising with the GSB Client Impact Team on Client reports, valuations and requests
  • Travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and visa applications
  • Client entertainment advisory and booking
  • Management of golf memberships, including partner and client bookings
  • Support for UK office and their clients when they travel to Dubai
  • Sourcing and ordering client gifts
  • Expense claim processing on behalf of Group CEO
  • GSB Brand ambassador
  • Assist the CEO and COO with ad-hoc personal tasks


Qualifications, Experience & Skills

  • 5-10 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience working in a small to medium enterprise environment
  • Experience working with senior executives and UHNWI
  • Cultural awareness
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation
  • Exudes high levels of professionalism
