Ryan has over 15 years of experience in financial services, beginning his career in 2005 as a cashier at NatWest. Over the following 6 years, he held various roles in NatWest’s retail branch network across London and Kent. He then moved to NatWest Business and Commercial, working with Founders for 3 years before transitioning to Private Banking with Adam & Company.
During his 5-year tenure at Adam & Company, his expertise was focused on entrepreneurs as well as the Music and Entertainment industry.
In 2019, he joined Investec Bank PLC as a banker, providing solutions for successful entrepreneurs on both a personal and corporate level. Later, he moved into a business development role with the bank, working with FTSE 250 executives and introducing them to its full banking, lending and treasury capabilities.
Ryan’s specialty is lending transactions which have exceeded £500m during his career.
