Relationship Manager – GSB Private

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of high-net-worth clients ($150M+ AUM) managed by our CEO. In parallel, you’ll focus on building and growing your own client book, supported by high-quality referrals from the CEO, Board, and ExCo.

Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead contact for CEO-managed clients, delivering an exceptional client experience
  • Coordinate client activity across internal teams, from investments to operations
  • Prepare for and follow up on meetings, ensuring timely execution and alignment
  • Build your own pipeline and convert warm introductions into long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory and internal standards

 

Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management
  • CISI PCIAM (minimum); ideally CWM/CWP or commitment to complete within 12 months
  • A strong service ethic and proven success with high-net-worth clients
  • Experience converting referrals into long-term relationships
  • A collaborative, commercial, and purpose-led mindset
