The Role: Private Client Manager
As a Private Client Manager, you will work closely with our newly established advisory team to deliver exceptional service to clients, aligned with GSB’s values. Helping to build out GSB’s Swiss Proposition your focus will be on deepening client relationships, managing a book of relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality relationship management to enhance GSB Private’s reputation.
- Assist in client onboarding, reviews, and KYC processes.
- Collaborate with advisors to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring compliance with treating customers fairly principles.
- Manage client transactions, trades, and deliver exceptional service.
- Support credit and banking services for existing clients and identify sales opportunities.
- Foster collaboration within the team, providing coaching and onboarding support.
- Attend investment meetings, training sessions, and client events to enhance knowledge and maintain up-to-date CPD records.
- Meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: CISI Level IV or equivalent preferred; degree qualification desirable.
- Experience:
- 8+ years in financial services, managing relationships with high-net-worth clients.
- Experience with private banks/investment houses and a strong understanding of investment, banking, and credit solutions.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for client onboarding.
- Experience under DFSA or FCA regulation is desirable.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Wealthcraft.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, team collaboration, attention to detail, and IT literacy (Microsoft Office).
